Arkansas is legal, with restrictions...

Section 5-73-124 has it as the posessession of pepper spray os tear gas as illegal. HOWEVER, it is legal (and encouraged!) to possess "**a small container of tear gas or pepper spray to be used for self-defense purposes only, but the capacity of the cartridge or container shall not exceed one hundred fifty cubic centimeters (150cc)". There is a prohibition against using it on police officers, which is common sense. After analyzing, we've concluded that you may order any pepper spray (or tear gas) in our store. None of our sizes come even close to exceeding one hundred fifty cubic centimeters.

To sum it up... Legal to use as self defense, all of our products fit the size regulations.
