Pepper Sprays are legal with restrictions.

Section 11.81.900 (a)(18) states "defensive weapon" as "a device to dispense Mace or a similar chemical agent, that is not designed to cause death or serious physical injury". Section 11.61.210 (a)(6) does not allow for the sale of any defensive tools to people under 18 years old. Any defensive tool may not be used in schools without permission from proper, local authorities.
