These jogging weights are extremely useful and diverse. Hidden inside one of the hand held weights is a half ounce canister of pepper spray. The canister is removable and can be replaced. In the other hand held weight is a storage container for your money, keys, or jewelery. There are elastics hand straps for easy support.
